5w5d ultrasound, 2 babies?!?!

So I went for an early ultrasound, I had 2 previous miscarriages so this was just a “put my mind at ease” ultrasound. Well now I’m kind of freaking out. We seen baby and a heartbeat, but then we also seen an empty black space next to baby. The tech measured it and said I will get a call from doctor and possibly another ultrasound I’m a week or 2. This picture the black looks small, but when she was moving the probe around it was circular. Anyone have a similar situation? Was it 2 babies?? Google is no help lol
