Tension headaches?

I always thought I was lucky as I hardly ever had headaches growing up unless I was sick, allergies, etc.

Not the case now! I’m 26 and yesterday and the day before I had a headache in the back of my head and behind my ears. It was a dull throbbing. It lasted about 24 hours and seemed to subside when I drank caffeine. I haven’t had one today, thank goodness but I was wondering for those who have tension headaches, what does it feel like? Is it in the location that mine was? What helps you?
