Well my little girl was born at 37 weeks.

did not give us time to get to the hospital.

I had a restless night. About 2 am I got out of bed walked around my house, my water broke (wasn’t to much so I assumed it was urine) I cleaned myself up and tried to get some sleep. Woke up countless times through out the night. No contractions until 8 the next morning.

Started timing it out, contractions were every 10 minutes lasting about 30 seconds each time.. was instructed from my midwife to try a bath or shower then make my way to the hospital..

had a warm bath but it didn’t not ease off at all

By the time I got out of the bath it was 9:45

The contractions were stronger and more frequent I couldn’t time it anymore. By 10 I felt the urge to push. My S/O was trying to rub my back and ease the pain and encourage me to go to our vehicle to go to the hospital but I couldn’t stand anymore so I knew I wouldn’t be able to walk. The urge to push increased so I gave 2 strong pushes and began to feel my baby crowning so I told my spouse next push I need you to get ready for baby. He got ready for her. I pushed and can hear my spouse say she’s got a lot of hair. Helped coach me reminding me to breathe through it and push really hard once more.

She was born and let out her first cry.. we then waited for the ambulance to bring us in to the hospital and get checked over.

Our daughter was born at 10:16 am weighing 8lbs 12oz

Perfectly healthy ❤️❤️ so thankful we had no complications
