Anyone else lost weight since falling pregnant?
I’ve lost 3kgs in the last 4-5 weeks.
I’m not trying to lose weight. But between me being turned off chocolate and some other sugary foods, plus trying to eat to meet the nutritional needs of my baby, the weight just seems to be falling off me.
I’m interested to see what happens when I finally get enough energy to start exercising again 😴
I was worried at first because I didn’t want to put the baby at risk but I’ve read that it’s actually healthy for mums to lose weight while pregnant if they are overweight and aren’t on calorie restrictive diets, or cutting out important food groups.
