Twins

Here I am, my 3rd pregnancy I'm about 8 weeks and havnet even had my first initial appointment. I'm way sicker than I was with my first two pregnancies, tired and rapid weight gain which i didnt experience with my first pregnancies. To get to my question however is twins run in my husbands family and like I said I'm only about 8 weeks along and I'm already starting to feel flutters. I know its not gas and i didnt feel movement like this with my first two pregnacies until I was almost 3 months along..... Is it possible that I could be pregnant with twins? 🤔
