Update: called the doctors and talked to them and they freaked out at first same way i did but it does turn out they where using talk to text and baby heart rate 151 and perfectly fine!!!!!!!!
I just got the radiologist notes from my ultrasound yesterday and they didnt tell me that twin A heart rate was severly low at only 59 bpm while twin b is 172... i had miscarriage back in december scared to loose another one :'(
