Any nurses that could give some insight?

I just got some lab results back and I really don't understand how to read them. I know my doctor will call me tomorrow about it, but I'm impatient and kinda freaked that I have really high cholesterol. I have a healthy weight and I'm only 25. I was fasting for these results if that matters any. Any insight would be appreciated!! 🙏
