Please help

I don’t want to be here anymore it hurts me so much I hate this I don’t want to be alive anymore I just want to disappear. Please I can’t do this, help me.

Edit: thank you to the person who put the suicide help line but I can’t call them my parents can see who I call and I can’t risk them finding out they would be too upset
