PCOS and TTC 👶🏽

Okay so I’m new to this app, but I really don’t have anyone to talk to about mine and my boyfriends ttc journey besides him . I was diagnosed with PCOS November of 2018. My period was irregular for a couple of months but my doctor got me back on track. We started ttc for baby #1 in February. So I stocked up on the pregmate ovulation strips and ever since I got them I’ve not once gotten a positive ovulation test, so I’m a bit confused. I’m not sure if having pcos contributes with the results or if I’m having anovulatory cycles. I scheduled a doctors appointment with my doctor to have a professional point of view of trying to conceive and what she recommendes. Do you lady’s have any recommendations or tips ? 🤔😕
