UTI??

5 month's pregnant & gotta UTI!:/ what can i do until morning when i can get ahold of my obgyn? In a lot of pain i cant pee and im spotting blood which i always do during a bad UTI

You can call triage in your baby unit they’ll do sample testing and give you the antibiotics you need

My midwife sent me straight to the ER when I was having UTI symptoms because it can cause contractions.  I didn’t just have a uti but a full blown kidney infection 😱 call the on call doctor and see what you should do.  The only thing to do from home really though is to drink a lot of water to hydrate and try to flush it out until you get antibiotics.

I had flu like symptoms with high blood pressure which sent me to the ER, doctor said it can lead to kidney infection/ failure. Every woman & pregnancy is different. I rather be safe than sorry

Drink lots of water I know it sucks but it can help dilute the infection.
