🥪 Stomach Aches On Period 🥪

So like most girls I get cramps on my period, especially during those first two days but I also tend to feel sensitive to a lot more foods and I get stomach aches really easily. I’m lactose intolerant and sensitive to certain things like raw fish but I feel like my sensitive stomach just intensifies on my period to the point where mayo on a sandwich can make me feel awful. Does anyone else experience stomach aches on their period too and what do you use to get rid of them? Advil can help with my cramps but it’s not at helpful with stomach issues.
