Pain meds at school

So I have 4 current ongoing injuries, scoliosis, knee pops in and out of place, recovering from surgery over summer, and random migraines. The first 3 Tylenol works great for, the last one I end up taking an Excedrin migraine.

Last year I got into trouble for carrying around pain meds and not putting them in the nurses office. The thing is I just take it when I need it, not on a schedule or anything. Does anyone have any tips for me sneaking them into school so a teacher won’t recognize the bottle. I have a dr note for the excedrin migrane, but it’s 2 years old and Emmy family can’t really afford to go see a doctor to update my old doctor notes.

if you have anyway to sneak pain meds into school please let me know. I’m freaking out about it because school starts in 3 days
