Sugar free alternatives to Gatorade and Body Armor?

I want to be as prepared as possible for breastfeeding when my little one comes in October. I see a lot of mama’s recommending Gatorade and Body Armor drinks, but I notice those are both really high in sugar and I really don’t do super well with sugary drinks. Is it the electrolytes in these drinks that are helpful or is it something else? I will drink them if they’ll truly help me, don’t get me wrong...but I was just wondering if there were alternatives to have around the house instead for when he comes.

In addition, any other recommendations would be great! I really struggled to breastfeed my first and I’m hoping this time will be better.
