Vvvvfl 18 days after MC!?!?

Is this possible? I tested out hcg and had negative earlier this week. Then today this. 
I had fertile CM 8/1. We BD 7/31 and 8/2. I wasn’t getting positive opks this week so I took an hcg. Do you see it? Can this happen?

I got my BFP 28days after miscarriage. So it could be possible. But the picture looks like an indent. I think it’s still be too early to get a BFP
