Head fog and dizzy?
Anyone else experiencing a really bad head fog that won’t go away? Mines been around for a couple days now and am dizzy too especially when standing. I checked my bp on an at home cuff and it was 112/60 so definitely low for me but then at the doctor the next day was 135/77 so not sure if that’s the cause. Wondering if this is a regular symptom or need to possibly get my iron levels checked? Extremely fatigued as well. I am 7 weeks today.
