Feeling ur baby grow?

Question

Anyone every be able to feel ur uterus being alittle heavier on the side where ur baby is. I swear i can feel it. Im only 7w3d. But i do have a tad bit of pressure and fill where the it fills more tight. Hope this makes sense. Ive never made it past 6 weeks. Im hoping this  is a good sign. Ive been stressed sense i feel like my hcg levels havent risen the way id like
 76% increase every 48hr. Last draw was 29,160 at 6w5d. ER doctor actually had me worried
 Saw baby at 5w6d and already had a heart beat of 94bpm. I dont know if any of this makes sense but thank you for reading. Hope im not acting crazy.

I don’t think you can feel your uterus getting heavier especially since your really early in your pregnancy. It’s probably a lot of bloat going on. But don’t stress to much I know it’s easier said then done since you have mentioned you haven’t be able to go past 6w. I hope you have a healthy 9 months of pregnancy and congratulations!
