Tips for weight loss after baby!

Currently 171 baby is due on 2 and a half months ( we are healthy weight ) but after she comes I would like to loose weight and get down to 145 🥰 what are some tips that worked for you to loose weight at a good pace that’s healthy and effective. I was thinking of either getting a personal trainer maybe, weight watchers or even dedicate time to pole fitness they have this great place down the street from me.
