Did any of you beauties find out you were pregnant after experiencing a ruptured ovarian cyst?

Last April I had a ruptured ovarian cyst which resulted in an emergency surgery to stop the bleeding.. a week later I found out I was pregnant (there wasn't enough hcg at the time to show up before my surgery). Later on I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks so I never made it past the first trimester :(

I found out yesterday I had another ruptured cyst but I wouldn't need surgery unless the bleeding didn't absorb itself. Me and my boyfriend have been trying for over a year now since the miscarriage, I am 19 years old. I'm really hoping that this means I am pregnant again because my best friend went through the same thing and a week later found out she was expecting!! Thoughts??/Experiences
