OB Drug Screening Without Your Consent or Knowledge
Do you think you should be drug screened without your consent or knowledge or do you believe you should at least be informed that a drug screening will be conducted?
Please note, I’m not asking whether it IS legal or not, I’m asking if you think it SHOULD be.
I personally think you should be informed that you will be drug screened. I don’t stand either way on consent but I do want to know what tests are being conducted and when throughout my pregnancy, especially if I’m going to receive an out-of-pocket bill.
