Feel like I have the flu

Okay so I’m 4 days until af. But starting at 4dpo I got scratchy throat and extra mucus. Then following day felt flu coming. Few hours later I felt better. Today I feel like I got hit by a train I’m fatigue super sore throat. Slight cough sneezing and body aches a little just sleepy. Anyone.? I had two kids and don’t remember feeling this way as my youngest is 11 thanks

Also they start school Monday and I’m freaking out bc I can’t be sick
