Can Oncoming Periods Throw Your Back Out?
My period is on its way maybe within the next day. Today at work my back went out at about noon and my job is very physical. I couldn’t bend at all the rest of the day and I was moving soooooo slow. I’ve heard of periods throwing ppl’s backs out and such, but how would it do that if it hasn’t even showed up yet? I’m not even having cramps....
