BV Medication & breastfeeding

I was prescribed vaginal Metronidazole to treat BV, and the nurse said nothing about not breastfeeding during treatment, but the info from the pharmacy says to not breastfeed. I've been reading online that it's not a concern to continue bf because there are no adverse effects to baby, especially if I'm taking it vaginally. I can't call my Dr's office in the morning because it's the weekend and they're closed. Not sure what to do.
