Am I overreacting ?

I haven’t seen my best friend in a few weeks. Every time I try to ask her if she wants to hangout, she says she’s busy but then she’ll make plans with our other friends and leave me out. I’m always the one to ask her to hangout, so I gave up. I’m just going to wait for her to ask me because I feel like I’m the only one putting effort into our friendship. She recently called me last week, and I got excited, but all she wanted was to know if she left something in my car from the last time we hung out.
