5 weeks pp UTI! Help with advice!?

While I was pregnant I got multiple uti’s back to back terribly. They put me on a antibiotic every day until I delivered. It was for a couple months. Now I’m 5 weeks pp and have a terrible one! It is a little after midnight here and the doctor office doesn’t open until Monday morning at 9. I have a couple days. Idk what to do. I’m in so much pain, this may be the worst one I have had. Idk if I should call the emergency number to talk to my on call doctor or just wait. Is this a emergency or should I wait until Monday? Please help with advice!! Has this happened to you?!
