I’m exactly 39 weeks and finally lost a good amount of my mucus plug. Haven’t had anything come out until today. It wasn’t bloody at all.

I’ve felt nauseous all day. On and off cramps and my back has been very sore. Went #2 a few times today but it wasn’t loose, just normal. Since losing parts of my plug, I’ve noticed baby hasn’t moved really. Is this normal?

I’ve heard women saying baby gets quiet before labor. But also heard it could be weeks before losing your plug before labor begins. Praying this isn’t the case since I’m already 39 weeks lol 😂

At my appointment yesterday I was 2cm dilated, 80% effaced and baby’s head was fully engaged .

Anyone have experience with losing your plug this late and going into labor soon after?
