Dont feel pregnant!

I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and for some reason I just dont feel pregnant. With my first I 100% was pregnant through and through, sick all the time, bloated, all of it. But with this one I've just been a little more tired, sick one day, other than that I feel normal! I keep forgetting that I'm pregnant. It's so weird, anyone else in the same boat as me?
