Progesterone from 0 to 54.9!!!!

So first round of clomid started Mid July. Use 100mg d5-9. I do not ovulate on my own due to PCOS. Progesterone checks have always been <0.2 (negative) for any ovulation. So fast forward to this cycle on clomid and I got a pos opk d19. D20 has excruciating pelvic pressure and it lasted about 4 days and moderate to mild for the last several days since. So I was hopeful ovulation happened.... D26 (adjusted due to late +opk) and my result was 54.9!!!!! I can’t believe it!!! A bit overstimulated but hopefully that’s good and not bad! Waiting on discussion with my doc... but has this happened to anyone??
