I can not take this damn heart burn and acid reflux no more!!!

Zantac!  All day every day!  Not really, but twice a day before breakfast and dinner has done wonders for me!

Mine got really bad last trimester. I took Zantac before breakfast and dinner and used tums in between. My doctor said to stay away from everything acidic, red sauce, citric fruits, alcohol, chocolate, etc. It was terrible! 😫 I drank a lot of milk, ate yogurt, etc. the second my son was born the acid reflux was gone. I hope you can get some relief!

Honestly I popped tums like it was my job. 
My doctor said Zantac will work too and doesn’t pass through your placenta to the baby, but talk to your doctor for any other suggestions.
Be warned with the tums though that it WILL constipate you given all the calcium so you may need to follow it up with some stool softeners.
