Worst Cramps so far

I’m 15 years old, been having periods since 11. My cramps have been on/off bad for the past couple years and today is probably the worst they’ve ever been. It’s the first day of my period and I’m already shaking, sweating, curled up on my bathroom floor with a hot water bottle. I’ve been taking Mefenamic acid for the past 3-4 months and it was helping a lot, but today nothing is working. What do y’all recommend? Temporary or not, I could use some way to cope with these horrible cramps.
