Pimples on arm....normal?

I keep getting big pimples on my upper arm area. Is that normal? They're not like ingrown hairs or anything they're actual white head pimples and can get pretty big...

I get pimples in random places due to stress always have. When i say random i mean random. So relax u could be stressed.

I get pimples on my upper arms and my bum 😭 
My butt is awful cause they are like scars not even pimples . Anyway . I've tried everything under the sun . The only thing to work so far is using baby powder when I get out of the shower

I get it too, had it awfully when I was 15 and 16, it's dying down now (I'm 18!!!!😩) but left with scarring that only seems to show when I'm cold...

It's probably a genetic skin condition called keratosis pilaris. I went to a dermatologist and found out that's what I had. I haven't succeeded in making it go away, but exfoliating and moisturizing definitely help. The best moisturizer I've found for it so far is the gold bond rough and bumpy.
