My journey
Ok ladies so I've been on the keto diet for almost a month and a half and I'm loving it. I've learned how to eat and listento my body to tell me when it's hungry. The one thing I still struggle with is going out to eat. I don't let it hold me back though I call the restaurant and ask if they can accommodate special requests. Most of the time they are more than happy to. Last night I went with my family to Cicis pizza and I called ahead and they were willing to make a crustless pizza for me. They were so good that my whole family started to order them and the manager was happy to make them. I have learned that on my journey I can't let fear stop me. Keto isn't a hard diet to follow it's just I can't eat certain things. I've lost over 20lbs since the start of my journey. The reason I'm posting is to let any woman on a diet know that you got this you can do it. Don't let fear hold you back. We all need to lift each other up and not tear each other down.
