PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS, update 1

heres my symptoms:

dark brown discharge

itchy vagina

inflamed vulva

burning while peeing

pain during sex or masturbation

please tell me what this is, at first i thought it was a yeast infection but now i have brown discharge and im confused. i ended my period abt 5 days ago. i am going to a gyno soon but id like to know what this could possibly be before i actually go. please help

so it doesnt hurt at all anymore when i pee, its not imflamed, just itches every now and then, and havent seen brown discharge. i am still going to the gyno soon, but yeah
