Progesterone Suppositories

Has anyone been prescribed progesterone suppositories (200 mg vaginally) and had success with them raising your progesterone level? And maintaining a healthy pregnancy? My level was 24 then dropped to 20 then again to 15 and my Dr prescribed them to me, and I’m wondering if it was too late to do any good. Or if there is still hope. I am currently 5 weeks and the decrease happened last week during week 4.
