Discharge help !

So... TMI.

I have had this off-white thick spongy like discharge. It’s a lot! Like i can reach my finger in there and scoop some out. Gross, yes, but i was thinking yeast infection, but it just looks a bit different.

I’m going to make a gyno appointment Monday morning, but I’d like input in the meantime.

I had my sister check about a month ago and she said it happens like this when you’re ovulating or pregnant. So a negative pregnancy test and weeks past ovulation later it’s still there.

I honestly forgot about it because 1. I’m not having sex. 2. It isn’t in my underwear when I check and it’s odorless so It just slipped my mind. But it’s still there and awfully weird. Any ovulation, pregnancy or infection discharge Ive had has been creamy, so what is this?
