No sac at 6 weeks

I am in hospital under observation for ectopic pregnancy

LMP: 06/25/2019

HCG levels

540-(5+1)weeks

1100-(5+3) weeks

5580-(6+3) weeks

5478- (6+4) weeks this is today

Doctors couldn’t see sac in the uterus. But she saw something like sac which is not regular in shape. She is thinking it might be clot. Also she saw a cyst of 3mm in the ovary( it could be cyst the pregnancy in ovary) . I don’t have any pains. Only during the scan I got some pain. Can you please share if anyone faced these and how it ended??
