6 weeks bleeding

Anyone bleed due to something else other than a miscarriage? i bled this same time last week only a few drops in my panties, & some on toilet paper when i wiped & went to get an early ultrasound 3 days later & i seen my baby, at 5w3d. no heartbeat but they said it’s too early to

judge. now im bleeding again, same amount, same type of slight cramps. Anyone have anything similar & still went on to have a successful pregnancy?

im so nervous, i feel so alone & this baby is really all i have.
