Appendectomy and pregnancy

Hi ladies

Turns out i had to had an appendectomy last Thursday. They did an ultrasound and I measured 6 weeks 3 days but ever since Thursday I see red blood when I wipe. No cloths just what looks like mucus blood. Has anyone been through this and have this happen?

I did get another ultrasound before getting discharged and the baby measured 6 weeks 5 days and heartbeat was detected. But still the blood worries me. I haven’t been able to find anything online.
