Yeast infection - pregnant

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and very itchy around my vagina and around the opening. Going to get some vaginal and yeast infection medicine tomorrow, is it safe to use? I can’t contact my doctor right now so just need advice. Have you used it while pregnant? (Also not sure if it’s a yeast infection, just super itchy and kinda swollen but my discharge is normal) it’s unbelievably itchy and it gets worse at night. I need relief.
