Need some opinions please!

Right now I’m experiencing some bleeding that shouldn’t be there, so I’m trying to figure out what could be the case.

Potential factor 1- i am on a combined birth control pill that I by accident completely missed to take on Thursday. However I did take it at correct times the past two days.

Potential factor 2- last month I decided to skip my period. Which means I have been taking two consecutive packs in a row. Maybe this is break through bleeding?

Potential factor 3- I have had what seems to me, as a super mild year infection the past week.

Potential factor 4-implantation bleeding aka pregnancy. But, first of all we haven’t had much sex at all in the past 2-3 weeks (always with a condom) and also my boyfriend has a very low sperm count (based on his analysis)

Would love to hear opinions about what this could be as I’m freaking out 😥
