what makes a man for 17 years try to capture a womans attention and trying to strike up conversation with them but getting brushed off for years and finally gave in....and even lying to their parents to get her number and even as far as renting a place close to hers? Slept with with him twice and cut it off and for 6 months he was still trying to get me to talk to him, he drives by my house often since he lives SO close and IF I am outside he will slow down to look out his window and smile at me...... we know each other but not well we met as teens....we are now in our late and mid 30's
