Spotting after sex

Hello!

My husband and I had sex this morning and I noticed a decent amount of blood afterwards when I peed. It was, by our standards, a little rougher than normal so I’m attributing the bleeding to an irritated cervix. My question, I guess, is would you call the dr on a Sunday or just wait until tomorrow morning if everything seems fine the rest of today? I’m 30w4d by the way and have a routine appointment with my ob on Wednesday afternoon.

Edited to add: Sunday I noticed the blood after having sex. Today is Tuesday and I noticed some brown tinged discharge when I wiped. Obviously, haven’t had sex since Sunday so I’m guessing it’s just old blood making its way down? Thoughts??
