I went from expressing 3+oz to this from BOTH breasts. Please help! Baby is less than 2 weeks old and still eats every 2-3 hours, how can I make my milk come back QUICK???

Pumping output has absolutely nothing to do with supply. Just nurse your baby

It cannot be stressed enough that the amount of milk you able to pump is NOT ever a reliable indicator of how much milk you are producing, nor how much milk baby is taking in. The healthy breastfed baby is usually much more efficient at getting milk from the breast than a pump is.
Do you eat and drink enough? 
Have baby been checked for tongue and lip ties?

If you’re mostly nursing, then just nurse as often as possible. Your milk is still regulating based on baby’s needs. Pump after nursing or use a haakaa if you’re trying to build a freezer stash.

Are you exclusively pumping or nursing as well? Because I would say baby is probably eating all of your milk if you are nursing and to not worry. Just breastfeed on demand.

Lactation cookies, Oatmeal, Veggies, Water, Raspberry leaf Tea, Protein shake. All of these have helped me. Also try to not stress about it or do something relaxing because stress makes it worse!! Best of luck
