Pain in knees

I fell at work about a week and a half ago. My ankle just twisted and I landed on my knees on a hardwood floor. I’ve always had problems with my right knee for over a year from pulling a muscle but my left knee hurts so badly at night now, especially to bend it. It occasionally hurts while walking but the worst pain is while I lay down. Has anyone had this happen? Even my right knee doesn’t hurt this bad and it’s the one that I’ve injured in the past. I’m 35 weeks pregnant.
