TMI - Bloody Show?

Lately I’ve been sleeping past noon but this morning I woke up at 7 am kept feeling like I had to pee over an hour I went 3 times which is not normal for me, I wake up my SO and we have sex I just felt like I NEEDED it 😂 20 minutes later I pee again and I have my bloody show with pink mucus. I have been having belly aches and pains, super hungry, tired and super nauseous all day but no real contractions. When should I go to the hospital? When did you go into labor or start contractions after the bloody show?
