I’ve had no pain unless the piercing gets irritated, but there’s been a little bit of discharge.

I think it could be the beginning of an infection, I would clean it more often and try your best to give it air and avoid irritation.

Definitely doesn’t look like it’s healing properly to me. I agree with another comment saying it may be the beginning of an infection. What are you cleaning with and how often? At this point I would try hot sea salt soaks before cleaning. When my helix was irritated as hell and I thought it was getting infected I would do the sea salt soak for 10 minutes, then use saline wound wash on a q tip, and then spray some h2ocean spray on there. I highly recommend the spray. It has helped me so much with my helix and has been good to my nose as well. If it doesn’t seem to be getting better I would go to your piercer for more advice. Also try your hardest not to irritate it.
