Infected or irritated naval piercing?

I know this is off topic but I just got my naval pierced about three days ago. I’ve taken very good care of it, clean it with hot water w/ sea salt and wear nothing that’ll irritate it. I’m only experiencing the normal discomfort expected after getting it pierced but today I noticed it was red. It has moved due to my daily activities but rarely. I don’t even touch it unless I’m cleaning it.

Opinions on the redness? For anyone with their naval pierced, has this happened to you?
