Sick at only 7 DPO

I’m really trying not to focus on it too much this cycle but I’m only 7 DPO today and was down with an awful awful headache for most of the afternoon. I took some Tylenol but it didn’t help, and ultimately I ended up throwing up (completely out of nowhere, I hadn’t been feeling nauseous, just headachey).

The headaches and throwing up are very similar signs as the ones I had when pregnant with DS, but this seems far too early to have any real symptoms. Is that right? Or can you actually start getting symptoms like this from pregnancy this early on?
