Yeah. So this isn't your first rodeo!!! I got my temp drop arm band last week an I LOVE It. It takes all of the hassle out of temping!!!

I usually do but we are on holiday so it seemed a bit complicated and also trying to take a more relaxing approach since it’s cycle #6 and no luck yet!

Try looking up the fertility homeopath on YouTube she has a whole video on how to interpret your temp charting, she's super helpful
