Promising or period starting soon?

Before this cycle I haven’t had a period for a year, dr prescribed something to start my period. Day 6-7 along with bleeding I have ewcm followed by very watery, thin clear cm and pretty sure ovulated the 26th or 27th, possibly the 28th. I used to have short cycles in the past but unsure when I am supposed to get my period. I had very very light spotting on CD 18 (like only in underwear) since then I’ve been nauseous, really bad cold/sinus infection, very tired, cramping and “tight” feeling in uterus and back pain. I’ve read that also that your cm is supposed to “dry up” after ovulation/around period and since ovulation it’s been thin, white and wet. Is it worth taking a test now or waiting longer for period to come
