Pain when moving
So I went a bit crazy today and did a whole lot of cleaning. Basically cleaned from 10:30am and didn’t stop till 5. I sat down to rest cause my bad was killing me and I wanted something to eat but I just went to get up and I legit can’t move without pain in my abs 😩 help?
